You got me a job at Henry Co. in 2002 or 2003. My question: My son has never had a job and I was trying to find out how he should start. He is eighteen and will graduate high school this year. Can you give me some help on what he should do? Thanks

Thanks for thinking of CR.I have two suggestions. One being my least favorite... try to find an entry level position that will accept no experience. We seldom have jobs like this, but they do come through occasionally. Typically these jobs do not pay well and are not very desirable.
My second suggestion... which I think would be the best, is to determine a career focus and volunteer. This will build a skill set, establish networking relationships, and would make it very easy to move into a paying position. Even if your son cannot financially afford to do this, volunteering on a part-time basis will be worth the time and dedication.

Do you charge a fee for your service?

Answer:

We are looking for mostly entry-level positions for call centers, manufacturing, and distribution departments for local employers. Current Credit meaning all bills are in current payment status with no bad credit history. This credential is desirable for certain positions at some client companies.
